Refund policy

Your satisfaction matters to us, so we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order arrives.

If a product doesn't work out for your skin, contact us at support@selfbeautyus.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll walk you through a return. Opened products are accepted, we just ask that you've used the product as directed rather than most of the bottle. Include your order number so we can move quickly.

A few exceptions apply. Final sale items, gift cards, and any bundles or gift-with-purchase items marked as non-returnable at checkout aren't eligible. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, reach out right away and we'll cover the cost of making it right.

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and confirm your refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and it can take a few business days for your bank to post it.

If you'd rather exchange than return, the fastest path is to start a return on what you have and place a new order for what you want instead.
